After your smile consultation we can apply for a payment plan straight away. Typically the process only takes about 10 minutes. We apply on your behalf and we’re with you every step along the way. It’s a straight-forward and simple process that is even easier because you’ve got us on your side.

We apply for a dental payment plan on your behalf and once approved, we can book you in for treatment straight away.
What Documents Or Information Will I Need To Provide In Order To Be Legible For A Dental Payment Plan/ Dental Savings Plan?
If you’re full-time permanent then we would need to following from you:
- A copy your driver’s license
- Your employer’s name, number and last pay date
- Your bank details (BSB and account number)
Sometimes you may be requested for further documentation (for example if you’re self-employed or a casual employee)
- Your last 3 bank statements/ paycheques/ ABNs
- Your Medicare card if you don’t have a Driver’s License
