Nikki Maree’s Composite Veneers Journey in Melbourne

We want to share Nikki Maree’s story.

Nikki Maree is an Executive Assistant from Sunshine Coast in Queensland. She is independent, has a positive mindset, strong-willed, kind and adventurous, but when we first met her, she would cover her mouth and smile with her mouth closed. She was very conscious of her smile whenever she talked and laughed.

She didn’t like how her teeth looked small and were very gappy. She had been following our Instagram for a long time and saw us talking about smile makeovers. So, she decided to book an appointment with us.

During her initial consultation, we discovered that she had congenitally missing lateral incisors. Maxillary lateral incisor agenesis is the most common congenitally missing permanent tooth condition in the upper teeth (esthetic zone), representing approximately 20% of all dental anomalies.

For her smile makeover, we applied Composite Veneers to her front teeth and reshaped her upper canines to look like lateral incisors.
