Invisalign or Veneers
Choose the right path to a better smile.
STRAIGHTER TEETH, HAPPIER SMILE
Invisalign®
Invisalign utilises a series of clear trays that fit over your teeth. Each tray is worn for approximately two weeks, as it moves your teeth closer to their ideal position until you have reached your goal.
PRACTICALLY INVISIBLE
COMFORTABLE TO WEAR
YOU CAN REMOVE YOUR ALIGNERS
QUICKER THAN TRADITIONAL BRACES
With Invisalign, most patients complete their treatment in just one to two years, while traditional braces can take up to three years for significant results.
VENEERS
VENEERS CAN SOLVE MULTIPLE DENTAL ISSUES
When considering Invisalign vs veneers, veneers improve more than just the position of your teeth – they can whiten your smile, remove gaps and even improve gummy smiles.
Veneers are long-lasting
VENEERS CAN IMPROVE YOUR SMILE QUICKLY
SO WHICH IS BETTER?
Which is better, Invisalign or veneers? This is a common question we get asked, and the answer is simple: veneers are a more effective, efficient path to a straighter, whiter smile than getting Invisalign. Not only are dental veneers a quicker solution, they also solve a whole range of dental imperfections including colour, chips, cracks and gaps.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The beauty of porcelain dental veneers is that they can improve your smile quickly, they’re long lasting and they can solve multiple dental issues. Unlike your natural teeth, porcelain veneers don’t discolour over time – so you can smile with confidence for years to come.
If you have already received porcelain veneers, you can still undergo Invisalign treatment, but that is rare. Some of our clients have tried Invisalign and don’t like them, or have finished wearing Invisalign and are disappointed with the results. At Dental + Skin Clinic, we try to prevent the need for you to have braces.
Depending on the number of teeth involved and the complexity of the correction, Invisalign varies in price from $3,000 to $12,000. Porcelain veneers costs, on the other hand, range between $2,000 and $2,200 per tooth.
