To allow us to review your case thoroughly, we ask that you obtain a copy of your dental records from your current or previous dental clinic before your consultation.
Please ask your dental clinic to email the records directly to you. Once you have received them, simply forward the email and all attachments to info@dentalandskin.com.au.
